It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm) with top-notch cotton bed linen and has black-out roller blinds with remote control automation, to ensure total darkness during sleep hours.

The building offers an external circular pool, another 25-meter-long indoor swimming pool, and a Scandinavian hydromassage in the spa area. In addition, it has a sauna, massage services, a jacuzzi, and relaxation rooms. The complex has a gym with brand-new equipment, a pilates room, a yoga room, and a 360º landscaped outdoor aerobic circuit. Beauty salon available within the building.

If you need to work during your stay, the complex has a comfortable Co-Working space for the exclusive use of adults over 18 years of age. It is located on the 1st floor of the same tower as the apartment and is accessed by the elevator.

The pools can be used from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The indoor swimming pool is open all year round, while the outdoor pool is only open from October to March. Children under 18 years old cannot stay without adult supervision in the pool or public areas. The building is very strict with this rule, and fines may apply. Gym hours: from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Only adults over 18 years old are allowed inside the gym.

WELLNESS AREA: Indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and massage room, are located on the 6th floor (entrance through Torre Zapiola). Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Jacuzzi: Open all year round, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Sauna: Open all year round, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Spa services, Yoga, and Pilates classes are subject to availability and have an additional cost to be paid on-site. Reservations are required through the Keenvil app.

To enter the apartment, it is necessary to download an app and present an identification, such as Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked. The app is designed for smartphones and uses facial recognition technology. **

Professional/commercial filming and photography are not allowed inside the apartment or within the building. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, and fines may apply.
