We will be available for whatever you need during your stay. Towels, bed linen, and amenities are included, such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The shower does NOT have a hydromassage.

**In order to access the building, it is necessary to present an identification, such as Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked.**

Guests can access the building's pool, restaurant, gym, paddle court (reservation needed) and kids' games. Children under 18 years old cannot stay without adult supervision in the pool or the public areas. The building is very strict with this rule, and fines may apply. Gym/Sauna hours: from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Only adults over 18 years old are allowed inside the gym and sauna area. ​

Professional/commercial filming and photography is not allowed inside the apartment or within the building. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, and fines may apply.
