Beautiful brand new 1BR apartment, in the heart of Belgrano and a few steps away from Av. Del Libertador. Prepared to make you feel at home in the best neighborhood of the city, very close to the lively China Town, Barrancas de Belgrano Parks, and the lake area of Buenos Aires. It is located within a modern building, with a heated pool, laundry, gym, and Kids Club (on the same floor as the apartment). 24-hour security in the building.

CHECK IN HOURS : BETWEEN 3 - 8 PM CHECK OUT HOURS: UNTIL 10 AM The host might not available outside these hours. please reconfirm before booking. The keys will be available inside a SmartLocker located a few blocks away from the apartment.

It has everything you need for an excellent stay: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a Queen-size bed (160 cm), black-out curtains, Wifi, and a Smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a full-size bed, suitable for kids or teenagers due to its size.

**The CHECK-IN is autonomous (not in person), and the keys are collected from a SmartLocker that is approximately 3 blocks away from the apartment. PLEASE inform if you are arriving later than 9:00 PM, as check in might not be available.

The pool can be used from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM in spring/summer. Children under 18 years old cannot stay without adult supervision in the pool or public areas. The building is very strict with this rule, and fines may apply. Gym hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and only adults +18 are allowed. The building has a washing machine, which can be used by purchasing tokens around the corner.

**In order to access the building, it is necessary to present an identification, such as Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked.**
