Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in a modern residential building in the most exclusive area of Palermo. This unit is fully equipped to make you feel at home in the city's best neighborhood. It is close to Buenos Aires' best restaurants, cafes, and parks.

It has everything you need for an excellent stay: two cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with sofa, dining table and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room area, and a large balcony overlooking the city.

The kitchen has a comfortable breakfast table, an espresso coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. The building has washing machines on level -2 and a private garage for one car (please check vehicle size before booking). This accommodation is ideal for 1, 2, 3, or 4 people. If you need an extra set of keys for your stay, please let us know in advance.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning and access to the balcony.

We will be available for whatever you need during your stay. Towels, sheets, and amenities (such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are included. Please inform us of the number of beds required for your stay before check-in.

The CHECK-IN is autonomous (not in person), and the keys are collected from a Masterlock located a few blocks away from the apartment.

NOTE: In the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged key, the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost (US$50 per key or remote control and/or change of lock if needed). Missing or damaged items in inventory: will be charged at replacement cost.

**In order to access the apartment, it is necessary to provide an identification, such as a Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked.**

Palermo is a touristic and very pleasant neighborhood for walking, known for its parks, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. The apartment is located in the residential and gastronomic area of ​​Las Cañitas, just a few steps from Av. Del Libertador, the Palermo Parks, the Regatas lake, the main embassies of the city, the Hippodrome, the Polo Field, and connected by multiple means of transportation.
