Spacious 2BR apartment located in a residential building in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Prepared to make you feel at home in the best neighborhood of the city, close to the best restaurants, cafes, bars, and parks of Buenos Aires.

It has everything you need for an excellent stay: 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, and a living room area with a sofa bed for two additional people. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, Queen Size bed, black-out curtains in the bedroom and living room to provide total darkness, and a cozy sunny balcony. Beds in the second bedroom can be set up as two twins or one Queen-size bed. There is a shared washing machine available in the basement (shared).

This apartment is ideal for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 guests. If you will need an extra set of keys for your stay, please let us know in advance.

*The apartment does NOT have a hydromassage bathtub*

We will be available for whatever you need during your stay. Towels, sheets, and amenities (such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are included.

The CHECK-IN is autonomous (not in person), the keys are collected from a MasterLock that is located four blocks away from the apartment.

**In order to access the apartment, it is necessary to provide an identification, such as a Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked.
** NOTE: For a misplaced, stolen, or damaged key, the guests shall be responsible for a US$50 replacement fee per key and change of lock if needed. Inventory items missing: Charged at replacement cost.
