It has everything you need for an excellent stay: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in both rooms, Queen Size bed (160 cm), Wifi and a Smart TV. Option to convert the sofa into a bed. There is also a folding bed ideal for children or teenagers due to its size. NOTE: The living room does not have a total blackout curtain, but a sunscreen shade that allows partial light entry.

**CHECK-IN is autonomous (not in person). Keys are collected through a SmartLocker located a few blocks away from the apartment. The pool can be used from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. m. to 9:00 p.m. m. in spring/summer. Minors under 18 years of age cannot remain unsupervised in the pool or public areas. If that happens, fines could be applied. Access to the gym is only allowed for adults over 18 years of age, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The building has a washing machine, which can be used by purchasing tokens at a nearby store.

**In order to check in, it is necessary to present an identification, such as Passport or ID to complete the guest registration and validate the identity of the person who has booked.**

We will be available for whatever you need during your stay. Towels and amenities (such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are included.
